Mystery Visit – Promotion & Events of Best Quality

PDF  | Print |  E-mail
There is nothing worse than a company who cannot satisfy customer expectations. Imagine there is a promotion campaign on the parking lot right in front of the grocery store you are always shopping at. You are really excited about this campaign but already on your walk to the event you are confronted with bored and unmotivated representatives.

Result: Because of the representatives’ behaviour, the labels’ image is often worse after the promotion campaign. In other words: The BMB is making sure that sales promotions will approach customer satisfaction.

We are talking with our clients about their requirements in reference to presentation and staff before they have even started their promotion campaign. We are developing an item catalogue and particular requirements and strategy by that.
