Survey – The Customer’s Point of View is Important!

It is unusual that the own point of view is identical to the point of view of someone else. Even great leads and a high volume of sales do not tell anything about customer satisfaction.


Before the Trade Show

The BMB is interviewing customers on the phone (CATI-Laboratory) to evaluate particular requirements of the trade show. The project manager of the trade show is therefore able to work in line with the demand so that booth and team are matching the target group.

During the Trade Show

Are the requirements matching the experiences? The BMB is interviewing selected trade show customers (face-to-face, structured interview) about their impression of the booth -design, -layout, exhibits and their satisfaction. Important, probably already for the next trade show are at this point aspects of quality and suggestions of visitors.

After the Trade Show

The satisfaction of your company is one of the main parts of the trade shows’ postprocessing. That is why the BMB is supporting you to generate real indicators – your trade show leads will be processed by e-mail request or telephone interview. This helps your company to get a representative image of success and failure, strength and upgradeable potential.

  • Controlling of image-, service- and communication evaluations
  • SWOT-analyses with regard to the market position
  • Optimization of the own distribution activity
