Trade Show Coaching – Our Team Boss is Winning Every Game!

PDF  | Print |  E-mail
If familiar or unfamiliarly with trade shows – communication mistakes with customers can always appear either by too much routine or by a lack of Know-How. It is known that you can learn from your mistakes – this requires to know what you did right and what seems to need improvement.

The BMB Germany coaches have a lot of experience with this sector. They support the consulter with advice and tricks which are useful already for the next costumer conversation. The BMB coaches are participating costumer conversations passively after an agreement with the particular consulter. The trade show consulter is getting an individual feedback right afterwards. This is working by a check list (which can not be seen by consulter and costumer) processed by the BMB coach. That way all relevant and important aspects for a consulter conversation are guaranteed. Many important points like contact phase, demand analyses, presentation techniques, profit argumentations, objection treatments, and sales orientation are part of this. Verbal and non-verbal communications are checked simultaneously.

If the BMB is participating actively a whole day the team is getting advice “the tips of the day” specialized on the particular team.
