The BMB is celebrating its 14 year anniversary and can look back onto a story of success.
1998Bergmann is the first one in Germany who developed a concept to certificate trade service according to a universities� study. As an exclusive partner of the company REWE in the area LEH he established the Bergmann Marketing Consultation.1999Grant of a patent for the brands �Spa�markt� and �Servicert�. The profit of the grocery store REWE is increasing about 15 per cent. The book �Servicew�ste Supermarkt� is already sold out in the first circulation, listed up at every university and won an award from the �Handelsblatt�.2000Cirrus-Airlines � the exclusive-airline of the company Lufthansa entrust BMB their booking-hotline. Man-Roland printing machines is organizing a Kick-Off-event with Bergmann. It takes place at the occasion Drupa in D�sseldorf with about 100 delegates. The first concept of Mystery Visit which is testing the service quality of trade shows is developed.2005The trade show testing becomes the runner of the Bergmann Marketing Consultation. For the first time Kodi wants the BMB to check and optimize their discount chain. 1500 Mystery Shoppings have been conducted just for this one costumer. The concept Mystery Calling expands as well � ADAC for instance is taking care of its hotline since Bergmann�s analysis. Since then one of the biggest Taxi companies in Germany wants Bergmann to certify their company once a year.2006BMB is one of the rare suppliers that offer the Mail Check successfully. This completed the company�s successful assortment. ARAG and the DKB-Bank are not the only companies that want the BMB to check the service quality of their mail sustainable. The BMB exceeds the one million barriers of sale and trade with international companies increases as well. The impressive speech of Bergmann at the most distinguished company in Austria � the B�G is shown live on TV and on the radio. BMB is in charge for the analysis of all relevant communication interfaces of the company Creditplus.2007The world market leader Solvay entrusts BMB to develop, process and post process the trade show k2007. The BMB is training and supporting about 150 delegates for this trade show. Velux is doing an extensive time series research with Bergmann to optimize the service quality. Schalke 04 is hiring the BMB to improve the service quality of their ticket hotline. The BMB is expanding further and is doubling the company size.2008BMB is celebrating its 10th anniversary and is able to increase sales up to 6,9%. Remondis AG, one of the leading companies concerning water and recycling management turned out to be a strong partner for BMB. Exclusiveness is a target in the current year as well: BMB is the exclusive service provider on the world-famous SPS Drives trade fair in Nuremberg. Not only the new customer, soccer club Bayer 04 Leverkusen is on target for the �Champions League�, the team of BMB is as well. For the first time, BMB is supporting a hospital � the university hospitals �Universit�tskliniken M�nster�.2009Responsible and ready for action! BMB is ready to bear all challenges emanating from the economic crisis. |
